Returns & Exchanges

At ECD Lacrosse, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your equipment isn't performing to your standards, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear is tracked back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and affix the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the equipment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
